Senior Project Manager

We’re looking for a hands‑on Senior Project Manager to drive end‑to‑end digital transformation initiatives, leading the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
  • Lead end-to-end project management of D365 F&O implementations, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with client objectives and organizational goals.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution sessions.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to clients and senior management.
  • Lead steering committee meetings and facilitate communication with all involved parties.
  • Support and manage project teams, scope, schedules, risks/issues, and expectations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, identifying opportunities for additional projects.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • 7+ years of D365 F&O implementation experience.
  • 8+ years of experience managing large ERP/CRM software projects and development teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale D365 F&O projects from initiation to completion.
  • Experience with different SDLC project methodologies, such as agile and waterfall.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • The right to work in Australia/New Zealand.
