What you should know about the job:
We’re looking for a Business Development & Partnership Specialist to take ownership of identifying, closing, and scaling high-value partnerships that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue generation. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of our business and industry, powerful communication, and a proven ability to build deep relationships with clients and manage cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution.
You’ll work closely with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Operations to build long-term strategic alliances with clients and ecosystem players.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Create and cultivate deep business relationships with the biggest producers, creators, key stakeholders in the industry.
- Expertly manage commercial strategy with partners ensuring value creation for both parties, and a sustainable strategic partnership between Hotmart and Creators.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- Create and implement go-to-market strategies with partners and sales & marketing to boost creator acquisition
- Act as the main account manager for the designed partners
- Monitor and optimize partnership performance to ensure return on investment
- Work with marketing and sales teams to identify training needs, develop support materials, and share best practices to facilitate partner success.
- Represent Hotmart in Partners’ events and join important masterminds in the industry to build relationships
- Make presentations and speak at industry events.
- Create, implement and manage the community of 6D and 7D clients (e.g., with virtual workshops, in person events, etc).
- Provide regular updates on partner adoption, performance, and progress, offering insights to define strategies and next steps
