Area mission:
The LATAM Marketing team drives the growth of the creator economy by positioning Hotmart as the most trusted platform for digital creators. Latin America is a fast-growing and strategic priority market, where marketing plays a key role in strengthening our brand, generating demand and accelerating ecosystem adoption through brand strategy, full-funnel campaigns and meaningful customer experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead branding and marketing strategy across LATAM markets.
  
  
• Manage and develop the marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  
  
• Develop and execute brand positioning and communication initiatives.
  
  
• Build and align the brand ecosystem around a consistent narrative.
  
  
• Lead cross-functional teams involved in brand and campaign initiatives.
  
  
• Partner with Sales, Growth and Product teams on strategic initiatives.
  
  
• Analyze market trends, audiences and positioning opportunities.
  
  
• Define and monitor brand KPIs including awareness, consideration, conversion and brand health tracking.
  
  

Qualifications you need:

• Experience managing and developing marketing teams.
  
  
• Experience leading brand marketing or strategic marketing initiatives.
  
  
• Experience developing integrated campaigns or brand strategies.
  
  
• Experience managing cross-functional projects or teams.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of marketing planning and brand strategy.
  
  
• Around 8+ years of experience in marketing roles.
  
  
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience working with global brands.
  
  
• Experience in digital ecosystems, technology or creator economy companies.
  
  
• Strong business acumen and understanding of business metrics.
  
  
• Experience working in regional or multicountry environments.
