Role Overview- LDR Coordinator 

We are looking for an International LDR Coordinator to lead and support our Lead Development Representative (LDR) team across multiple regions. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence in lead generation, qualification, CRM organization, and team performance management.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, collaborative, and passionate about building efficient prospecting processes while coaching a growing international team. This person will act as the bridge between Sales and Marketing, to ensure a scalable and high-quality lead generation process.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and support the daily operations of the LDR team.
* Monitor lead qualification quality and ensure adherence to company standards and processes.
* Track team KPIs, productivity, and conversion metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
* Provide coaching, onboarding, and continuous feedback to LDRs to improve performance and consistency.
* Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
* Ensure CRM data accuracy, organization, and proper lead routing processes.
* Identify bottlenecks in the lead generation funnel and propose scalable solutions.
* Maintain strong communication and alignment across global teams and stakeholders.

 Required Skills

* Experience coordinating or leading prospecting, SDR, or LDR teams.
* Strong understanding of lead qualification processes and sales funnels.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Data driven mindset.
* Experience working with social media platforms and digital channels for prospecting and research.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

 *Nice to Have*

* Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or Digital Products companies.
* Knowledge of outbound prospecting strategies and automation tools.
* Experience working with global or multicultural teams.
* Digital Marketing and Growth knowledge.
* Experience creating prospecting processes and operational workflows.

* English: Intermediate to Advanced (required for international collaboration).
* Portuguese is a plus.
