About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented person to empower creators and catalyze growth across LATAM through impactful project execution, data-driven insights, and robust governance. This multifaceted role encompasses business analysis, cross-functional project leadership, long-term strategic research, and operational governance, all aimed at aligning teams and delivering measurable improvements in coverage, retention, conversion, and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Operations: Take full ownership of the LATAM business unit's operations, translating high-level strategy into prioritized initiatives and measurable outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Lead diagnostics and operational analyses, structuring and standardizing operational data, identifying gaps, and recommending/implementing actionable solutions to enhance decision-making.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Drive high-impact initiatives in collaboration with Go-to-Market (GTM), product, and regional teams, including wallet coverage expansion, pricing and retention strategies, and funnel optimization focused on lead generation and activation.
  • Project Management: Manage the delivery of projects by defining scope, timelines, stakeholders, risks, and success metrics; ensure timely execution and alignment across teams.
  • Exploratory Analysis: Conduct in-depth market and product analyses to identify revenue growth opportunities and strategic pathways, continuously seeking improvements.
  • Governance Frameworks: Design and maintain governance frameworks that ensure transparency, alignment, and visibility into operations and strategic discussions across the business unit.
  • Communication and Reporting: Serve as the primary connector and reporter for LATAM’s key metrics with peers and senior leadership, driving strategy mobilization, effective communication, and enablement.
  • Metric Tracking and Prioritization: Define, track, and report on key operational metrics, leveraging them to prioritize experiments and necessary operational changes.
  • Mentoring and Coordination: Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional partners to operationalize best practices and scale successful programs.

Key Metrics You’ll Own/Influence:

  • Wallet coverage (%) and share of wallet  
  • Revenue retention (%)  
  • Funnel conversion rates (Lead → SQL → Activation)  
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) and pricing adherence  
  • Product adoption and Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) where applicable  
  • Progress in strategy mobilization, communication, and enablement  

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, business analysis, growth, or GTM program management, preferably in consumer, marketplace, platform businesses, or the creator economy.
  • Proven success in delivering cross-functional projects that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical acumen with a solid track record of structuring operational data, performing diagnostics, and translating insights into actionable strategies. Proficiency with SQL and BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) and advanced spreadsheet modeling is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in funnel optimization, retention strategies, and pricing initiatives.
  • Proven ability to design and implement governance frameworks and effectively communicate with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills with the capability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Fluent in Spanish and possess professional working proficiency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in LATAM markets or with LATAM teams.
  • Background in marketplace, creator platforms, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with product analytics, growth experimentation, and GTM strategy.

Success Indicators for the First 6-12 Months:

  • Stabilized and standardized operational data and reporting processes across LATAM, facilitating faster, data-informed decision-making.
  • Successfully delivered 2-3 high-impact initiatives enhancing wallet coverage, conversion, or retention.
  • Established a clear governance and reporting rhythm with leadership and peer functions, improving visibility into key metrics.
  • Generated actionable long-term insights and recommendations that inform roadmap prioritization.
