We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Brand & Brand Experience efforts across Latin America. This role will be critical in bringing the Hotmart brand to life in ways that are consistent, engaging, and culturally relevant. You will be responsible for building and evolving the brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and leading brand experiences—both physical and digital—that resonate deeply with our audiences.
You will also be expected to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders, inspiring others through clear vision, collaboration, and accountability. This position requires strong leadership and influencing skills to align regional and global strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the brand strategy for Latin America, ensuring alignment with global brand positioning and business goals
- Strengthen the brand foundation across the region, applying and localizing tone of voice, messaging frameworks, and visual identity guidelines
- Lead and mentor internal team members and cross-functional collaborators, fostering a culture of creativity, ownership, and excellence
- Lead integrated brand campaigns and storytelling initiatives that drive awareness, preference, and emotional connection with the Hotmart brand
- Manage and evolve brand experience initiatives, including our podcasts, YouTube channel, and other content platforms
- Oversee the strategy and execution of key branded events and sponsorships in Latam, ensuring consistency, impact, and alignment with local priorities
- Develop compelling content, social media strategies and its execution to ensure a cohesive narrative across all channels
- Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and love in Latin American markets through both traditional and innovative formats
- Track and report on brand health metrics and campaign performance to optimize efforts and drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand strategy, brand experience, and integrated campaigns
- Experience in Latam markets and deep understanding of cultural nuances, behaviors, and media landscape in the region
- Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing people and/or complex cross-functional projects
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with global and regional teams
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English
- Passion for creators, entrepreneurship, and the digital economy
