What you should know about the job:
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Growth to lead and scale our LATAM growth strategy. This professional will act as the main connector between LATAM, Brazil, and our global Growth structure. The ideal candidate will have strong ownership, a proactive mindset, and a deep understanding of how to localize and execute growth strategies in a way that drives tangible business results.
The mission is to build bridges, not silos—bringing best practices from Brazil and Global into LATAM and vice-versa. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-autonomy environments and enjoys transforming complex challenges into actionable growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Growth initiatives across LATAM, ensuring they are aligned with global strategies and tailored to local market dynamics.
- Drive experimentation, discovery, and continuous learning across the region.
- Build cross-functional bridges between Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development teams.
- Analyze key metrics and present data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
- Encourage a performance-driven culture within the LATAM team and challenge the status quo when necessary.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in Growth, Marketing, Business Strategy, or General Management.
- Proven ability to lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and continuous learning.
- Previous experience in high-performance tech environments.
- Proven ability to lead regional initiatives and work across geographies and cultures.
- Strong analytical capabilities: must be comfortable reading and interpreting performance metrics and dashboards.
- Highly proactive, curious, and assertive communicator who is not afraid to ask questions or challenge assumptions.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to execute quickly and autonomously.
- Fluent in English (mandatory) – this is the global working language. Spanish is also mandatory for Brazilian-based candidates.
- Availability for international travel.
- Highly resilient, well-organized, and skilled in time management and prioritization under pressure.
- Strong team-building skills, with a proven track record in hiring, developing talent, and shaping a high-performance culture aligned with company values.

- Experience leading initiatives across multiple countries in Latin America.
