What you should know about the job:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing key projects within the Brand LATAM team, ensuring that brand initiatives, growth campaigns, and communication with internal stakeholders are aligned with the company's business and performance objectives. This role will report to the Brand Manager LATAM and will work cross-functionally with teams such as Creative, Growth, Product, Go-to-Market, and other internal stakeholders, ensuring consistency in communication and maximizing the impact of each project on Hotmart’s positioning in the region. It is essential for this role to be critical and independent, acting as a vital pillar in the execution of the brand strategy.
Your responsibilities as a Marketing Specialist:
- Brand Project Management: Lead branding initiatives in LATAM, coordinate campaigns with the creative team and agencies, and ensure identity implementation across all channels.
- Growth Campaigns & Performance Projects: Manage growth marketing campaigns, collaborate with Growth and Paid Media teams, and optimize strategies based on performance metrics.
- Communication with Stakeholders: Act as the main point of contact for strategic communication needs, manage internal communication projects, and ensure initiatives support team objectives.
- Billing Control & Vendor Management: Oversee vendor hiring and management, supervise project billing, and coordinate the onboarding of new vendors.
- Process Optimization & Agency Management: Implement agile methodologies, improve project tracking processes, and define SLAs for optimal delivery.

Qualifications you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in branding, growth marketing, and communication project management.
- Experience working with creative teams, growth teams, and external agencies.
- Experience in billing control and vendor management.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday, or similar).
- Experience executing marketing and performance campaigns in digital environments.
- Ability to analyze metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing internal stakeholders.
- Native Spanish and good English proficiency for working with global teams
