Responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering their growth within our company while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Management: Guide customers through their adoption process and ensure their success with our products/services;
  • Retention Strategies: Implement actions to maximize customer retention and satisfaction;
  • Opportunity Identification: Analyze customer behavior to detect new needs and propose solutions;
  • Business Expansion: Identify and close new business opportunities with existing and potential customers;
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize the customer experience;
  • Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key customer success and business growth metrics.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Business Development;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction;
  • Analytical and strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities;
  • Experience with CRM tools (optional).
