New Business Sr. Analyst – Influencer Partnerships

Responsabilities

  • Identify and establish strategic relationships with influencers and content creators;
  • Generate lists of potential clients;
  • Qualify, categorize, and distribute leads based on their profile;
  • Negotiate business agreements and high-impact collaborations;
  • Manage and optimize the results of influencer-driven sales campaigns;
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure an optimal experience for clients and influencers;
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data;
  • Stay up to date with market trends, new platforms, and emerging strategies in the influencer ecosystem.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2C sales or influencer management;
  • Established network in the influencer marketing and content creator industry;
  • Proven skills in negotiation, deal closing, and strategic partnership development;
  • Knowledge of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other key social networks in influencer marketing;
  • Experience with CRM tools and performance tracking;
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills;
  • Educational background in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.
