Roles & Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Analyst you will play a vital role in working side to side with our account managers to guarantee the clients under your watch understand our product, get the best out of it and are set to maximize the potential that our platform provides to their digital business. Your efforts will significantly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and overall growth of Hotmart's market presence in the region.

Roles & Responsibilities

PLATFORM EXPERTISE TOOL ACTIVATION

As an expert that has a deep technical understanding of Hotmart platform, you will act as a consultant for our clients, matching their needs with our tools. This will make you a crucial part of driving platform adoption across various segments of our clients.

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT AND SUPPORT
Client training;

  • Client support;
  • Business data analysis;
  • Engage with clients at corporate events;
  • Pre sale configurations and checklist;


CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

Collaborate with account managers, sales and marketing to align activities with overall business objectives.

Act as a POC with the product and product marketing teams, ensuring they receive important client feedback and guaranteeing GTM teams are updated on the latest product enhancements and changes.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success agent;
  • Based in LATAM with a hybrid working model, going three days in the office.
  • Fluent in Spanish, with advanced conversational English (B2+).
  • Strong ability to build and nurture relationships within the industry.
  • Proven track record of successful negotiation and selling techniques.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into effective sales strategies.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a hands-on approach to achieving goals.
