What you should know about the job:
Our Mexico and USA Go-to-Market team is looking for a challenge-driven and sales-experienced individual with a business-oriented mindset to assist with Hotmart’s expansion in the Hispanic market in the US.
As a Commercial Consultant you will be responsible for developing the market in the US while prospecting and closing new customers and partners in the country, contributing to business growth and strengthening the Hotmart brand in the market, in alignment with the company's strategies.
Your responsibilities as a Closer:
- Creating go-to-market strategies for medium-large creators in the Hispanic Market (US);
- Establishing and reinforcing relationships within the market;
- Managing end-to-end sales processes for medium to large accounts, from prospecting to launch;
- Negotiating and closing deals, guiding clients through onboarding;
- Taking ownership of the entire funnel process for effective management, leveraging cross-collaboration with other Business Units and within your local team;
- Collaborating with leaders and Marketing for relevant events, speaking engagements, and brand representation;
- Aligning goals between leadership and sales team, presenting ROI and metrics regularly;
- Working with our Business Intelligence team to enhance lead generation and qualification processes;
- Developing and refining a sales pitch in alignment with company values, continuously adapting based on client needs;
- Traveling, particularly to the US, for meetings with potential customers;
- Providing technical onboarding of the platform for strategic customers;
- Closing clients in accordance with commercial mechanics, meticulously recording information in Salesforce;
- Developing scalable demand generation campaigns based on data;
- Identifying weaknesses and implementing improvements in our processes;
- Providing feedback to internal product teams and presenting performance insights and learnings to the NB Leader, collaborating to adapt strategies;
- Building experience and projects with the Customer Experience team;
In your journey, we expect you to:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Hotmart’s value proposition, competitive landscape, advantages, and product features;
- Stay updated on the latest updates regarding Hotmart products, features, competitors, and industry trends;
Requirements:
- Based in Mexico City working under a hybrid model going 3 days per week to the office;
- Availability to travel to the USA (Visa required, non-negotiable);
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Development, Sales Manager, Hunting Manager, or equivalent sales roles;
- Fluent in Spanish, with advanced conversational English (B2+) Required, non-negotiable;
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Demonstrated ability to build and expand professional networks within the industry;
- Strong ability to build and grow your network within the industry;
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and selling techniques;
- analytical and data-driven in sales, along with the ability to conduct market research and translate insights into effective strategies;
- Self-starter and proactive mindset, with a hands-on attitude;
