Role Purpose

  • Ensure accurate and timely Daily Collections & cash application

  • Maintain clean, reconciled clients accounts

  • Support collections execution, AR accuracy and cash allocations 

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply daily incoming payments accurately to customer accounts and invoices

  • Reconcile AR accounts; resolve discrepancies, credit balances, and unknown payments

  • Investigate and clear unapplied cash in coordination with internal teams and customers

  • Build strong relationship with your portfolio clients

  • Support invoice accuracy and timely invoice delivery

  • Assist with collections follow-ups on past-due accounts

  • Maintain and update collections tracking files

  • Prepare AR, cash application, and collections reports

  • Partner with Collections Manager, Success team, and Payroll teams to deliver first class services

Qualifications and Skills 

  • 2+ years experience in AR, Collections and cash application

  • Strong knowledge of cash application and account reconciliation

  • High attention to detail and accuracy on a fast pace environment 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication in English

  • Proficient in Excel and AR reporting tools

Preferred

  • Experience with ERP systems and collections tools, Netsuit, Xero, Juno, Ticketing systems

  • EMEA or APAC time zone 

  • Experience working in fast-paced collections environments
