Role Overview / 职位概述
The Solutions Manager partners with the sales team in pre-sales engagements to design, position, and present tailored EOR, HRO, and payroll solutions for prospective clients. This role bridges sales, product, and operations, ensuring clients understand how our platform and services address their business challenges.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
- Act as the subject-matter expert (SME) for EOR, HRO, and payroll-related solutions.
- 作为EOR、HRO和薪资相关解决方案的主题专家(SME)。
- Support the sales team in pre-sales activities: discovery calls, solution design, proposals, RFP responses, demos, and client workshops.

- Translate client requirements into tailored solutions, balancing compliance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

- Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Payroll Ops, Product) to validate solution feasibility and ensure accurate scoping.

- Deliver client-facing presentations that explain EOR, payroll, and compliance frameworks in a clear, consultative manner.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global employment trends, payroll regulations, and the competitive landscape.

- Assist in the creation of solution collateral (playbooks, workflows, proposals) to standardize best practices.

- Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to onboarding.

Qualifications & Experience / 任职要求
- Background in HRO, Payroll, or EOR industries is essential (5+ years preferred).

- Strong understanding of global HR compliance, payroll operations, and cross-border employment models.

- Experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting supporting enterprise or mid-market clients.

- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken); other languages are a plus.

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills; ability to explain complex HR/legal/payroll concepts to non-experts.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPP, GPHR) is a plus.
