About the role

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Customer Success Manager to nurture our key (Best of the Best) BOB accounts. Your primary mission is to ensure client retention, drive growth, and act as the vital link between our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· BOB Relationship Management & Growth:
· Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our most valuable (BOB) clients.
· Proactively understand client goals to identify new opportunities for account growth and expansion.
· Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, leading to successful renewals and advocacy.
· Communication & Coordination:
· Serve as the primary point of contact, effectively communicating client needs and feedback to internal teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Marketing).
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Qualifications:

· Strategic Problem Solver: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to think critically and resolve issues independently.
· Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both external clients and internal stakeholders.
· Driven & Collaborative: A strong sense of ownership and accountability, coupled with a collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team environment.
