Position Overview:

 

We’re looking for a Legal Advisor who combines strong attention to detail with a growth mindset. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, creating resources from scratch, and partnering closely with business teams to make things happen.

You’ll play a key role supporting our Sales and Operations teams, reviewing and drafting commercial documents, guiding colleagues through legal processes, and helping us continuously improve how we work. If you’re independent, proactive, and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and revise commercial-related documents (T&Cs, DPA, etc.)

  • Collaborate closely with both Sales and Operations teams and participate as support in meetings (video and face-to-face) to ensure long-term trusted relationship with existing and new clients, consultants, and partners 

  • Prepare training modules and guidance memos on a range of legal topics

  • Participate in the review and improvement of our legal documents, including our online T&Cs and internal knowledge base (Q&A, FAQ, how to, etc.)

  • Conduct researches and oversight local changes in applicable laws and regulations, foresee any potential risk, and communicate and implement relevant legal documents accordingly  

 

Key Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a legal or contracts-related role, ideally in an international or fast-growth company

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Law, with specialization in Contracts Law, Business Law, Private Law

  • Proven experience drafting and negotiating contracts with clients, partners, or vendors
  • Similar role before, in a fast-growth environment, with deep knowledge and understanding of all types of employment matters, and labor-relationships in general

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once

  • Time management and organization in order to meet strict deadlines

  • Ability to analyze problems and come up with a clear solution (incl. flexible or creative solution)

  • Any personal experience abroad or living in multi countries would be a plus

  • Language requirements: fluent in English (C1) with excellent writing skills

 

Preferred Competencies:

 

  • Strong decision-making and organizational skills, with great attention to details and discipline, and with ability to provide expertise and practical advice

  • Proactive counseling with anticipation to quickly adapt approach to manage risks and mitigate issues before they arise

  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, with ability to resolve issues using communication skills and legal expertise

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal), with a keen attention to detail and discipline.
