Your future contribution:

As a Partner Success Operations Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting HomeToGo’s growth by implementing effective sales and account management strategies to enhance our platform with top-tier short-term rental supply. You’ll collaborate closely with the Partner Success, Sales, Salesforce, Marketing, and Onboarding teams to create tailored experiences for prospects and clients. This role will allow you to contribute to our company’s success while gaining valuable experience in the vacation rental industry.

How you’ll add value:

  • Manage partner leads and signings in Salesforce, including conversion to accounts, opportunities, and integrations
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding team for seamless partner onboarding
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with data cleanup and entry
  • Assist with live industry events, including appointments, attendee lists, and materials
  • Coordinate with the B2B Marketing team to support email communication to partners in collaboration with the Salesforce team
  • Oversee lead generation and data collection using Formstack
  • Monitor and follow up on pre-onboarding tasks through email and phone
  • Update and secure database information in Salesforce
  • Alert and resolve data discrepancies
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth partner experiences.
  • Support ad-hoc initiatives and additional tasks as needed

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Studying business, finance, marketing, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional language (German, French, or Spanish)
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and manipulation
  • Self-starter eager to grow in a dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about travel and enhancing the HomeToGo platform
