Your future contribution:

Play a key role in HomeToGo’s ongoing success by working closely with key strategic partners. You will manage their needs and identify opportunities to ensure the partnership thrives. You will be responsible for their commercial success and play an active role in this vibrant vertical by negotiating and closing deals, engaging with your technical and non-technical counterparts, and always retaining a focus on improving partner quality. On top you will support and drive strategic initiatives to change internal and external processes, features and products. All the while, you will be contributing to an international travel tech company driven by data, performance, and growth.

 

How you’ll add value:

  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with global partners and serve as their first point of contact with HomeToGo
  • Lead ongoing performance reviews with clients in order to monitor performance, optimize their listings, and ensure they receive a personalized strategy that helps them achieve business objectives
  • Prepare and introduce innovative business development strategies, features, projects and tools, e.g. bidding campaigns, partner programs, quality improvements etc.
  • Become a product evangelist when working with our partners, always ready to find innovative solutions for an improved integration
  • Understand and map out the evolving online vacation rental landscape and perform competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with our Tech, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure internal alignment regarding our partnership models as well as a tremendous partner experience

 

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Are fluent in both German and English
  • Have at least 4 years of prior experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally in the online/e-commerce space
  • Possess excellent people and negotiation skills; you thrive in roles that require cultivating strong professional relationships
  • Are ambitious and able to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on attitude and a particular receptiveness to getting things done
  • Have an analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify and utilize relevant data points to deliver maximum value to HomeToGo and our partners
  • Have prior experience managing projects from inception to delivery with a keen eye for detail
  • Have experience in, and/or deep knowledge of, the travel industry
