About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Employee & Engagement Specialist to help shape and deliver the programs that connect our people, strengthen our culture, and bring our values: Effortless, Empowered, Relentless to life.

This role is ideal for someone who loves to blend creativity, communication, and analytics to create meaningful employee experiences. You’ll partner closely with the Culture and Business Operations team to design, execute, and measure engagement and culture initiatives that make our company an exceptional place to work.

Key Responsibilities

Culture & Communication

  • Partner with leadership to plan and deliver internal culture campaigns that drive connection and reinforce company values.
  • Curate and maintain engaging content across internal channels (Slack, Confluence, newsletters).
  • Lead or support visual storytelling efforts including onboarding videos, employee spotlights, and leadership messages.
  • Prepare and support All Hands and leadership presentations, ensuring clear, impactful communication across teams.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve internal communication, ensuring consistency and alignment across channels.

Engagement & Feedback

  • Support with the rollout and analysis of employee engagement surveys (pulse, eNPS, pre-event polls), translating results into clear, actionable insights.
  • Track and visualize engagement metrics and culture data through Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar tools.

Process & Event Support

  • Support planning and delivery of internal events (All Hands, kick-offs, cultural moments, recognition programs).
  • Co-manage the “Simplify Everything” tracker, ensuring follow-up actions with departments and progress transparency.
    Help identify and document process improvements and employee experience wins that reinforce operational excellence and team morale.

What you Bring 

  • 4+ years of experience in Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, or P&C team.
  • Proven experience running engagement or culture programs end-to-end from concept to measurement.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills able to turn data and ideas into compelling narratives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to shape decisions and track outcomes.
  • Creative thinker who is also organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Comfortable working independently, proactively, and collaboratively.
