Social & Content Intern (f/m/d)

The position

We are building our marketing engine, and content is our foundation. This isn't a "make the coffee and sit in the corner" internship. You will have a direct line to the Head of Marketing, which means real mentorship, real feedback, and a front-row seat to how a marketing function gets built from the ground up. We're building something new, and we want you in the room with us making it happen. If you live on social media, obsess over why some content hits and other content flops, and have opinions about brand voice, this is your playground. We're looking for someone who brings the ideas, the passion, and the creative instinct and then actually executes. No hand-holding, no micromanaging. Just a space to test, learn, and build something you're genuinely proud of. 

• Don’t just fill a brief, but understand why the piece matters and make it land with SEO driven content.
• Own and drive our LinkedIn organic content calendar, make it fun, make it new and turn our company goals into content that actually gets engagement.
• Draft sharp, human email copy for campaigns and product launches that people want to read.
• Help uncover and shape customer stories into case studies that make customers say "that's exactly us."
• Show them how it's done and drive thought leadership content for our C-level across LinkedIn, podcasts, and conference stages.
• Get to test AI and help us build our ranking on Google and get cited by the tools people actually use to find answers.

Your profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• Self-starter mentality: you do not wait to be told what to do next. Loves to work in a team where you can scale and grow quickly.
• Brings the creative fire power where you live and breathe social media and content and want to learn and grow at a faster pace.
• Strong writing skills in English (German is a plus). You can write clearly, concisely, and without jargon.
• Ability to manage multiple content pieces simultaneously and hit deadlines consistently.
