(Senior) Product Manager (f/m/d)

The Position

At Hive, we’re building the leading operations platform for independent commerce. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a (Senior) Product Designer to join our Merchant Planning & Performance (MPP) team. This team focuses on helping merchants grow smarter - optimizing planning, forecasting, and business intelligence.

You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to shape product experiences that support our merchants in planning operations, improving performance, and making data-driven decisions.

What you’ll be doing

• Design user-centric solutions. Transform complex workflows and data into intuitive, scalable, and elegant product experiences.
• Drive the design process. Own design problems end-to-end—from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and handoff to engineering.
• Partner with PMs and Engineers. Collaborate in a cross-functional team to define problems, brainstorm solutions, and deliver features that align with business and user goals.
• Design for iteration. Test assumptions early and often. Leverage user feedback and data to guide iterations and continuously improve the product.
• Establish design standards. Contribute to and evolve Hive’s design system, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
• Balance craft and speed. Understand when to push for polish and when to move fast—always balancing quality with velocity.

Your profile

• Experience designing digital products in a cross-functional setup—ideally in SaaS, data-heavy tools, or e-commerce/retail systems.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with a solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and user psychology.
• Comfortable working on 0→1 explorations as well as continuous iterations.
• Capable of simplifying complex workflows into intuitive UX flows.
• Experience with Figma and design systems.
• You’re curious, humble, and love solving real problems for real users.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with planning, forecasting, analytics or dashboard-style interfaces.
• Interest in merchant tooling, finance, or logistics.
• Experience with basic prototyping and UX research methods.
