Your Role as Customer Success Specialist
- Investor Support: act as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely, clear, and professional responses that meet the high standards expected by UHNW clients
- Capital Operations: closely monitoring the allocation and subscription processes across various investment opportunities to guarantee accuracy and efficiency
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: work cross-functionally with Investor Relations, Operations, and Product teams to continuously enhance the investor experience, ensuring alignment and swift resolution of client needs
- Back-Office & Administrative Support: handle administrative operations related to account management, documentation, and compliance checks maintaining data accuracy within CRM and reporting tools
- Outstanding academic background with a master's degree in Finance, Economics or related disciplines
- 2-5 years' experience in similar roles
- Wealth advisory knowledge: familiarity with financial instruments, wealth taxation, estate planning, trusts, and holding structures
- Private banking operations expertise: understanding of fund subscription processes, margining, MiFID compliance, KYC, and AML procedures
- Experience with CRM and reporting tools: comfortable in using Salesforce, digital portfolio platforms, and wealth reporting systems
- Tech-savvy with a strong interest in exploring new technologies
- Strong Excel skills
- Highly motivated and proactive, curious with a hands-on attitude
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail. Structured and methodical person
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Problem-solving attitude
- Effective communicator with a collaborative and multicultural mindset. Able to maintain a mature, empathetic, and diplomatic approach in all interactions, reflecting the level of service and discretion required by UHNW investors and family offices
- Fluent in English
