Your role 💼
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be instrumental in scaling our teams and directly influencing our company's rapid growth. By driving and executing strategic recruitment initiatives and partnering closely with diverse hiring managers, you will play a key role in attracting critical talent and significantly shaping the composition and culture of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Hiring Managers: Define the recruitment strategy for each role
- Source & Identify Talent: Proactively source candidates internationally, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, internal talent pools, and professional networks.
- Manage Job Postings: Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling job advertisements on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job boards.
- Screen & Evaluate: Evaluate candidate applications and resumes thoroughly against specific position requirements to identify qualified individuals.
- Conduct Interviews: Conduct comprehensive interviews to effectively assess candidate suitability, experience, and qualifications for various roles.
- Present Candidates: Compile and present curated candidate slates, including longlists and shortlists, to hiring managers
- Manage Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and timely feedback.
- Stakeholder Guidance: Guide hiring managers effectively through each stage of the recruitment process, including initial briefings, progress updates, interview coordination, and offer management.
What we are looking for 🔎
To thrive in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in recruitment best practices combined with initiative and excellent interpersonal skills. We're seeking someone with:
- Proven Recruitment Experience: At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role, ideally gained within an executive search/headhunting firm or a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Expertise: Proven ability to independently manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from defining requirements and sourcing through to offer negotiation and closing.
- Direct Sourcing & Research Skills: Strong experience proactively identifying and engaging passive candidates internationally using direct search methodologies, Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and professional networks.
- Assessment & Interviewing Skills: Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities, with the ability to evaluate suitability, motivation, and potential beyond the CV using structured techniques.
