Your role
- Preparation of Investor Materials: Assist in preparing materials for investors, supporting investor requests, and ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Investor Relations Support: Work closely with the Investor Relations team on diverse projects, including monitoring and implementing sales metrics and improving the sales process.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with various Heritage divisions to enhance internal processes, focusing on increasing automation, speed, and efficiency.
- Funds Reporting and Analytics: Help create and deliver comprehensive fund reports, transforming complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives that highlight investment performance and funding status.
- Reporting for Stakeholders: Build and prepare detailed reports for investors and other stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely information distribution.

- Proactive, fast learning and highly analytical mindset, confident to work in an extensively growing environment where a high degree of flexibility and willingness to learn is required
- Ability to effectively interact with A-class international stakeholders and teammates
- Very strong academic record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good vibe and empathy
- Can join from April 2024 for a 6 month internship

Process
The hiring process at Heritage includes the following stages:
- Screening Assessment: An online assessment to determine your skills in numerical reasoning, critical thinking and English.
- CV Screening: Evaluation of your professional and academical achievements.
- First Round Interview: General assessment of your experience and will include a business case.
- Second Round Interview: Deep dive on your knowledge of Corporate Finance and Analytical Ability.
- Logic & Personality Assessment: An online assessment to determine your General Ability and Competency Potential.
- Final Interview: Performance based interview doubling down on your business skills with a senior team member.
