We're looking for a talented Java Developer to join our international team in creating a messaging app that transforms workplace collaboration.

Who we are looking for:

4+ years of Java development experience with a deep understanding of modern frameworks
Experience with real-time communication protocols and multilingual API integrations is a plus
Proactive in taking ownership of tasks, delivering high-quality code and enhancing coding practices
Proficiency in RESTful services, microservices architecture and API development
Comfort with agile methodologies, test-driven development and design patterns
Genuine care for team dynamics, customer satisfaction and end-user comfort
Strong spoken and written English and Russian skills
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

You will:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java-based backend for our messaging and collaboration app
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate real-time communication features, file sharing, and multilingual support
Implement AI-powered speech recognition, translation, and live captioning to enhance user experience
Ensure a secure, reliable, and robust messaging platform that supports real-time file and app sharing
Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative culture where all contributions are valued
Propose ideas and implement them in partnership with your team and the client
