The Lead Influencers and Affiliates is a dynamic leadership role focused on spearheading the expansion and optimisation of paid influencers and affiliates across our weight loss brands. We have launched a performance-driven pilot (similar to what we have done for other brands in our portfolio) and now we’re looking for a great influencer and affiliate leader who can turn it into a million dollar program in 2025.

Reporting directly to the Head of Growth Marketing, this role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction of our influencer initiatives, affiliates and marketing partnerships across our Weight Loss brands. As a key driver of the company’s growth, the successful candidate will lead a team of influencer and affiliate managers and execs, cultivate strategic relationships, and optimise funnel performance based on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) ratios.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the evolution of the paid influencer program in the UK, US and new markets by employing a data-driven and pragmatic approach to optimise all stages of the influencer funnel, including discovery, outreach, negotiation, briefing, reporting, and nurturing strategic relationships.
  • Build an affiliate program (both influencer affiliates and traditional affiliates via AWIN), setting ambitious growth targets and crafting a comprehensive strategy, forecast and experiments roadmap.
  • Continually evaluate and select the most suitable tools for recruiting or ongoing management (such as Hype Auditor, MoDash, and Neoreach) to efficiently scale both the paid and affiliate programs. 
  • Initiate and oversee creative experiments, formulating hypotheses, rigorously analysing results, and methodically documenting outcomes.
  • Constantly assess the effectiveness of influencer strategies and adapt them to maximise Return on Investment (ROI) and ensure efficient CAC:LTV ratios.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of performance-driven influencer managers and executives, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with influencers, external agencies, and internal stakeholders, nurturing a network that supports the achievement of program objectives.
  • Maintain an updated repository of newfound insights, industry best practices, social trends, and benchmarks from other successful influencer and affiliate programs.

Experience

  • Demonstrated industry expertise and in-depth knowledge of the UK and US influencer markets, with substantial experience in performance-driven roles. We’re looking for someone who has been able to successfully scale an affiliate program to drive meaningful revenue. 
  • Proven track record of building and leading teams focused on performance-based ongoing management. We’re not so focused on how many years of experience you have, but rather the milestones you have accomplished throughout your journey.
  • Adept at architecting and optimising influencer strategies from inception, showcasing an innovative and results-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in analytics tools, with a strong capacity to glean valuable insights from data. Not only are you comfortable working with large quantities of data and gleaning key insights, you also have the knowledge and experience to make decisions in scenarios where data is limited.
