SALARY: £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Brand Lead this fixed term role will support the deep refresh of our Healios and Melios brand and website, campaign development and establishing our CRM capability.
Our ambition is to deliver a sector leading digital experience for all visitors across all our digital touchpoints, which will include a refresh of our branding.
You will take a lead in working collaboratively with stakeholders across Healios to review, refresh and develop new, user journeys and content. This work will also align with our enhanced sales and marketing campaigns, critical in underpinning our growth ambitions.
As part of the Healios community, your work will help support children and young people across the UK to access care. Someone motivated by the company’s mission will flourish in this role. Whilst in the marketing team, you will also work closely with colleagues from across clinical, operations and support function teams.
What you need to have
To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you:
- A proficient digital marketeer with multichannel experience ideally across social media, websites/landing pages (design, build and maintenance), performance marketing (paid advertising/search, social media and display ads), email/SMS. And offline channels including events.

- At least 5 years working experience
- Content creation expertise preferred with experience of content creation platforms including AI
- Strong CRM competency ideally within the HubSpot platform with comms creation and deployment experience across the customer journey
- Ability to provide insight to inform marketing planning. Experience of dashboard creation, campaign and channel performance tracking and reporting
- Data competency to manage multiple data sets across the key lifecycle stages, creating audience profiles and properties, segmentation and data analysis for personalised communications planning
- Experience in organising and marketing promotional events, such as conferences, events, awards and webinars
- Experience managing review platforms such as Trustpilot, Glassdoor and Google reviews
- Experience working with suppliers, agencies and other 3rd parties
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and be a team player. A proactive self starter who can work independently to drive projects without close supervision
- A professional who has experience delivering autonomously in a home working environment
- Real passion for and understanding of mental health and supporting people to improve their wellbeing
- A desire to become part of a collaborative environment and share knowledge and learning for the benefit of all
- A curious mind-set that underpins your continuous drive to challenge the status quo for achieving better outcomes
- Well-developed skills in the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, complex, highly technical and/or clinically sensitive information to clients, their families, carer and other professional colleagues both within and outside the NHS
- Flexibility to support our mission of bringing healthcare to anyone, anytime, anywhere
- Healthcare/diagnostics/well sector or adjacent industries is highly desirable but not essential
- B2B, DTC and B2B2C experience preferred but not essential

You will also be asked to provide two professional references as a minimum.
