🌍 We're Hiring: Division Assistant
📍 Paris, France | CDD - 18 months
Host Broadcast Services (HBS) is looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Division Assistant to join our FIFA Projects Division.
You'll be part of the team behind the broadcast coverage of some of the world's most prestigious football tournaments, supporting projects that reach audiences across the globe. Working closely with project leaders and colleagues across the business, you'll help coordinate activities, manage information and keep projects running smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys organising people and processes, building strong working relationships, and supporting the delivery of complex international projects in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Support project planning, reporting, and documentation
- Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier coordination
- Maintain project schedules, presentations, and operational documentation
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative and operational support throughout the project lifecycle
What we're looking for
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable managing large volumes of information and competing priorities
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, international project environment
- Professional and confident when working with senior leaders
