We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant Alternance to support our Legal Department across commercial, corporate, and compliance matters. Working under the supervision of the Legal Manager and General Counsel, you will support the Legal team in its day-to-day activities while developing practical knowledge of legal operations, processes, and business practices through exposure to a wide range of international projects and initiatives.
This apprenticeship / alternance opportunity is offered for a duration of 1–2 years, with a flexible schedule adapted to the school programme (for example, 1 day at school and 4 days in the company, or 1 week at school and 2 weeks in the company). The position is available under an apprenticeship or alternance contract and provides compensation in accordance with French legal apprenticeship regulations, depending on the candidate’s age and level of studies.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and legal documents under supervision.
- Support the preparation of contractual documentation and legal templates.
- Conduct legal research and contribute to legal analysis on various topics.
- Support corporate governance processes and maintain legal records and documentation.
- Assist with legal aspects of ongoing projects and coordinate with internal stakeholders on legal matters.
- Participate actively in team activities and develop knowledge of commercial and corporate legal practices.
Profile
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a law degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
- Ideally preparing a Master’s degree through an apprenticeship programme.
- Strong interest in commercial and corporate law.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
