Broadcast Academy Coordinator

We’re looking for a reliable and organised Broadcast Academy Coordinator to join a small, collaborative team. This role suits someone who takes ownership of their work, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys working closely with others to get things done well.

The Role
You’ll support the planning and delivery of Broadcast Academy programmes, ensuring activities run smoothly, stakeholders stay aligned, and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training programmes across projects and locations
  • Schedule sessions and manage logistics
  • Act as a key contact for teams, trainers, and partners
  • Track progress and keep delivery on schedule
  • Maintain accurate records and support reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in coordination, project support, or training delivery
  • Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Detail-focused with a consistent, dependable approach
  • Clear communicator and effective team player
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
