Purpose of the Role

The Production Manager plays a key role in the delivery of the FIFA+ Member Associations project, a large-scale international initiative covering several thousand matches per year across more than 80 competitions. The role is responsible for the end-to-end production delivery of assigned matches and territories, operating across preparation and live operational phases. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the Production Manager ensures alignment across departments, accurate documentation, and delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets, while driving consistency and best practice across HBS projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end production management across assigned matches, territories, and competitions
Plan, schedule, and continuously update fixtures across multiple countries and suppliers
Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure operational readiness
Manage supplier sourcing, onboarding, performance, and procurement in line with HBS standards
Maintain accurate budgets, documentation, and reporting, including weekly post-match reports
Oversee on-site and off-site production operations, ensuring seamless live delivery

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in production operations with a strong understanding of live production workflows, particularly single-camera capture and streaming
Solid knowledge of broadcast technical infrastructure
Experience working in complex, international, and multicultural environments
Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong reporting capability
