
Broadcast Assistant

Do you enjoy working at the centre of activity, coordinating teams and information to keep projects on track?
We’re looking for a BSOS Assistant to provide operational, administrative, and coordination support across the BSOS Division, covering both corporate activities and project operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate information, efficient processes, and smooth coordination during both event and non-event periods.
What you’ll do
- Maintain and update BSOS documentation, processes, and shared tools
- Provide administrative and logistical support across BSOS departments
- Support procurement activities (purchase orders, approvals, follow-ups)
- Maintain accurate project and staffing information in BSOS tools
- Support coordination of timelines, deliverables, and action tracking
- Act as a connector between teams, helping information flow clearly and consistently
- Support internal communication, reporting, and consolidated summaries
- Contribute to people allocation and flex-office processes
What we’re looking for
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, or project-support role, ideally in a multi-team or event-driven environment
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
- Highly organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Able to work autonomously on well-defined tasks while knowing when to escalate
- Strong attention to detail and a clear sense of ownership
