✨ Head of Corporate Human Resources – France
📍 Paris, France | Full-time
We’re looking for an experienced HR leader to take on the role of Head of Corporate HR in France. Working closely with our HR Director, you’ll keep day-to-day HR operations running smoothly, support managers as a trusted partner, and lead the HR team in France. This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance strategy with people-first delivery, shaping how HR adds real value across the business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all core HR activities: payroll, employee relations, L&D, engagement, compensation & benefits, and talent management.
- Build strong relationships with managers as a business partner, acting as coach, advisor, and sounding board.
- Lead performance reviews, training plans, and career development initiatives that help our people grow.
- Champion employee experience: from onboarding to offboarding, wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion.
- Guide and develop the HR team in France, ensuring they’re supported to do their best work and to ensure that all relevant professional standards are met.
- Keep us compliant with French employment law while also spotting HR trends and challenges early.
- Make sure HR communications are clear, timely, and always connected to our team and company values.
What we’re looking for
- Significant senior HR experience, ideally in an international or corporate environment.
- Demonstrates excellent hands on leadership qualities to manage and motivate a successful team
- Committed to delivering high-quality work with a focus on excellence and a strong client-first mindset, both internally and externally.
- Good knowledge of French employment law and HR practice.
- A natural business partner: confident, approachable, and solutions-focused.
- Ability to adapt and stay calm under pressure
- Clear communicator in both French and English.
