Global Sports Host Broadcasting Specialists – Headquartered in Zug, Switzerland
HBS is looking for an HR Assistant to work at HQ in Zug to support the HR team.
In this role, you’ll assist with preparing and managing contracts, coordinating staff declarations and payments, supporting the visa process, and ensuring all HR documentation is accurate and up to date. You’ll work closely with our HR Coordinator in Switzerland and HR Senior Manager in France to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you’ll bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 1 year HR administrative experience
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Fluent English; French or German a plus
- A proactive, hands-on approach and team spirit
