🎬 Production Coordinator – Sports Broadcast Events
📍 Based in London | Hybrid (minimum 3 days in office) | Travel Required
About the role:
HBS are looking for a Production Coordinator to support our Production Managers as we plan for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ next year. You’ll play a key role in organising, planning, and coordinating multiple deliverables — ensuring every production runs seamlessly from preparation to delivery.

Support Production Managers across event preparation and operations.

Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and event briefings.

Liaise with internal teams and external subcontractors.

Track budgets, raise purchase orders, and process invoices.

Assist with logistics, staffing, and general event administration.

Contribute to continuous improvement of production workflows.

Provide on-site support during live events when required.
What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Production Coordinator or Production Assistant, within sports or live events.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Confident handling production paperwork (running orders, call sheets, cue sheets).

Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint).

Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexible and proactive, with the ability to multitask and travel when needed.
