We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our friendly Talent Acquisition team on a 6 month contract to help build our teams for the FIFA World Cup 2026!
The Role
You’ll be at the heart of our recruitment operations, supporting our Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring teams to deliver an efficient, high-quality hiring process.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in administration, coordination, or HR support who loves to use their organisational skills and enjoys working with people.

Post and maintain job adverts across our career site and job boards

Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date and compliant

Review applications, shortlist candidates, and support hiring teams by providing updates

Coordinate interviews and candidate communication and conduct screenings with professionalism and care

Support data tracking, reports, and recruitment projects
What You Bring
✅ 2–3 years’ experience in administration, HR, or recruitment coordination
✅ Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks
✅ Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels
✅ Comfortable with digital tools (ATS, Excel, or similar systems)
✅ Enthusiastic about sport, media, and creating a great candidate experience
