🎥 Join HBS as a Back Office Booking Supervisor– a crucial behind-the-scenes fixed term contract, ensuring global media partners get seamless broadcast support. You’ll supervise the planning, scheduling, and execution of unilateral broadcast services for Media Partners (MPs) — from OB Vans to IP streaming and satellite distribution.

🛫 What will I be doing?
- Manage and validate Media Partners’ service requests from the Catalogue of Services (COS)
- Liaise between Booking Front Office, HBS technical teams, and external providers
- Oversee planning and smooth delivery of services at Venues and the IBC
- Create and communicate technical documentation for each service category
- Review technical feasibility of requests: OB setups, contribution links, streaming access, etc.
- Produce operational instructions for on-site technical teams
🛫 What makes a successful candidate:
- Strong technical background in broadcast video/audio operations
- Knowledge of telecom & IP-based broadcast contribution/distribution
- Excellent organisational & multitasking skills
- Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
- Experience working in multicultural, high-pressure environments
- Fluent English (written and spoken)

Contract: Fixed-term - until July 2026
📍 This position is based in Boulogne Billancourt (92) with hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days WFH), then full-time in the USA for the tournament.
