Behind every breathtaking sports moment you witness on screen is a team of technical wizards ensuring flawless delivery. Our Digital team is at the heart of bringing these unforgettable sporting events to millions of viewers worldwide. As a Broadcast Cloud Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of live production and cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless video signal flow from stadium to screen. You’ll work across on-premise and cloud systems (mainly AWS), coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and help shape the next generation of live sports delivery.

 

🤝 Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end-to-end delivery of live event broadcasts
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise cloud and video workflows
  • Coordinate project timelines, requirements, and stakeholders
  • Drive innovation through scripting (Python) and automation tools
  • Support post-event reporting and knowledge sharing
  • Travel occasionally to support high-profile global events

What makes a successful candidate?

  • Previous exposure to live broadcast environments
  • Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
  • Proficiency in Python and modern scripting for automation
  • Solid understanding of video workflows, encoding, and streaming protocols (SRT, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken & written)
