
Finance and Legal Administration Coordinator

To strengthen our evolving Group Finance team, we are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated, and hands-on Finance and Legal Administrative Coordinator.
📍 Based in Zug, Switzerland – hybrid working with 3 days in the office/2 days wfh
🗓️ Contract type: Permanent

📌 About the Role
- Support the Director of Finance and Legal with administrative tasks.
- Facilitate collaboration between teams by organising regular division meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups, and coordinating additional initiatives as required.
- Maintain communication with other divisions to foster a synchronised way of working and proactively align on developments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the division members.
- Oversee general operations at the Zug office.
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for staff, including the introduction of corporate tools and processes
🛫 What makes a successful candidate?
- Completed apprenticeship in business administration, finance, or similar
- 2 years’ experience in a comparable role, ideally in an international company
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Excellent communicator and team player, comfortable across cultures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential; Microsoft D365 a plus)
- Fluent English; German or French a plus
