YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support in assessing and optimizing HR processes and systems (especially Personio and Leapsome) to improve efficiency and scalability, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
• Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, offering guidance and support on policies and procedures.
• Assist in implementing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, as well as professional growth and development.
• Help promote a culture of engagement, inclusivity, and excellence that contributes to a positive and motivating work environment.
• Support in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, mitigating risks, and maintaining a strong ethical foundation.

YOUR PROFILE

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Basic understanding or coursework related to HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools for managing HRIS, ATS, and other HR-related systems (Personio and Leapsome experience are a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• A positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-service orientation.
