YOUR MISSION

 

Your mission is to drive sales productivity and effectiveness as our Senior Sales Enablement Manager. You will develop and implement innovative strategies, tools, and processes that empower our sales team to perform at their best. With your deep understanding of sales processes and strategic mindset, you will elevate our sales organization, fostering a culture of excellence and achieving outstanding results. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales team members.
  • Develop and manage a structured onboarding process to ensure new hires are quickly equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Drive together with our Product Marketing Manager the creation of sales collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, product sheets, and competitor analysis. 
  • Ensure all sales materials are up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with our value proposition and market positioning.
  • Analyze and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and standardized methodologies across the sales organization.
  • Oversee the implementation and utilization of sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, sales engagement software).
  • Provide training and support to ensure the sales team maximizes the benefits of these tools.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives in alignment with our RevOps function.
  • Regularly report on the effectiveness of training programs, content usage, and sales performance
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies and messaging.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and address skill gaps and development needs within the team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in sales enablement.
  • Continuously seek feedback from the sales team to improve programs and initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot) and sales enablement platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
