About the Role (6 months FTC, Part time - 25 hours per week)

This part-time (25 hours per week) Data Privacy Coordinator position offers a unique chance to join a small, friendly, and fast-paced team. This role is more than just a job; it's a stepping stone for your career. As a Data Privacy Coordinator, you will be an essential part of our team, helping us navigate the world of data protection. You’ll support the business with a range of key tasks, including:

  • Educating others on data privacy principles.
  • Developing and updating policies, guidance, and training programs.
  • Working closely with our global team of Data Privacy Champions.
  • Assisting with research on evolving data privacy laws.
  • Providing administrative support to the team.
  • Investigating and helping to resolve data breaches.

In a small, collaborative team, you'll have the freedom to take initiative and directly contribute to key projects. We're a solution-oriented workplace, and we'll support you in expanding your knowledge and actively problem-solving alongside us.

About You

We’re looking for someone with a strong desire to learn and grow. You don't need to be an expert in data protection; a basic understanding and a passion for the subject are what matter most. We will provide all the training you need. You should also have:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work well with a variety of people and teams.
  • Experience creating clear and engaging communications or training materials.
  • A knack for analysing processes and suggesting improvements.
  • A solid understanding of IT.
