About Us
We are Ocado Technology and we empower global grocery retailers with cutting-edge cloud, robotics, AI, and IoT. Our Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) powers highly automated Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs), enabling efficient, single-pick online grocery delivery
About the Role
As VP of Product for the Ecommerce Product Group at Ocado Technology, you will define and lead the strategic vision for our Ecommerce platform—driving product outcomes that enable partner growth, accelerate customer adoption, and support Ocado’s long-term commercial goals.
You will own the initiative-level roadmap, prioritising investments that deliver the most impact across our product capabilities. Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you’ll align goals to broader company objectives and share accountability for results with your Engineering leadership partner.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping how we scale the platform—combining deep systems thinking with a focus on execution quality, organisational design, and delivery accountability. You’ll manage the product group budget and ensure teams are solving the right problems at the right time.
You’ll model outstanding product leadership, coaching the next generation of product leaders and embedding a strong culture of experimentation, customer empathy, and product excellence.
As a senior leader, you’ll represent the Ecommerce Product Group at the executive and board level—communicating priorities, trade-offs, and risks with clarity and confidence, and helping shape the future of the Ocado Smart Platform.
