About the Role

As a leader passionate about fostering growth and well-being, you will spearhead the integration and activation of our talent, learning, DEI, and wellbeing strategies across the business. Leading a team, you will own a comprehensive portfolio encompassing succession planning, career pathways, talent and leadership development, performance management, DEI, and wellbeing. This pivotal role focuses on leveraging our strong existing foundations to deliver a more personalised and embedded approach, directly aligning with our people vision and creating tangible value. You will also be instrumental in the successful launch and adoption of the new Workday Talent module, ensuring it empowers a transparent and inclusive career experience for all. This is an exciting opportunity to bring our ambitious people plans to life and cultivate an environment where our people thrive.

About you

  • Extensive experience leading in-house teams in areas such as talent, learning, DEI, and/or wellbeing
  • Proven ability to implement, activate, and promote programs and work practices
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link people strategies to business outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Collaborative and adaptable with a passion for fostering inclusive, engaging employee experiences
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale talent initiatives through change management
  • Experience in a fast-paced technology company is preferred
