About the Role

This role is responsible for driving tangible improvements in Fulfilment and Supply Chain performance across all our Partners, directly impacting their profitability. The newly created Vice President, Fulfilment and Supply Chain will lead the team to achieve significant performance gains and develop the capabilities of the existing Fulfilment team, which currently manages over 1 million orders weekly across all partners. This position will also ensure clear Fulfilment plans are in place for our Partners and enhance the Fulfilment expertise within the regional Partner Success teams. The Partner Success Team is crucial in maximizing the value our Partners derive from our relationship and products.

About you

• Extensive Fulfilment experience in a similar / parallel industry
• Broad commercial/management/financial skills 
• Ability to lead teams and make sound resourcing decisions 
• Excellent client management relationship skills 
• Experience of developing and delivering business strategies and plans in complex business environments 
• An operational expert, with previous experience in delivering logistics services, continuous improvement, KPI/cost management among other areas relevant for operating a retail business at scale 
• Proven track record of effectively interacting with and influencing other senior leaders, as well as external partners and customers
