About the Role
This pivotal role will shape and further develop our Fulfilment function within Ocado’s Partner Success team, directly contributing to the strategic growth and revenue of both our Partners and our organization. You will be instrumental in the transition towards a best-in-class Partner Success organisation.
A key focus will be addressing the currently under-developed integrated business planning capabilities within our Partners' businesses. This role is specifically designed to:
- Provide expert planning guidance and support to our Partners.
- Ensure technology alignment to effectively solve challenges in integrated business planning within our Operating System Platform (OSP).
- Lead the development and implementation of off-platform tools and processes that empower Partners to enhance their planning efficiency and directly impact their profitability (P&L).
About you
- Extensive experience in Integrated Business Planning, Demand Planning, or Strategy within e-commerce, logistics, or retail.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of handling complex forecasting and modeling.
- Ability to move from theory to execution, delivering practical, actionable planning solutions.
- Experience working in a tech-driven environment, with a good understanding of digital transformation and automation in retail.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to influence senior executives, technology teams, and external partners.
- Hands-on problem solver— able to solutionize and build tools, processes, and training materials.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, global business environment, working across multiple stakeholders.
