Sales Associate - Amsterdam - Full Time

OVERVIEW:

As a Team Member, you'll help create an incredible experience for every person who walks through our doors. Whether you're supporting customers on the shop floor, replenishing stock, keeping standards high, or helping behind the scenes, you'll play a key role in bringing the Gymshark experience to life. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days look the same. One moment you could be helping a customer find their perfect fit, the next you'll be processing deliveries, restocking bestsellers, or supporting your teammates during a busy trading period. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Creating a warm, welcoming, and energetic experience for every customer.
  • Building genuine connections with our community and helping customers find the right products for their goals.
  • Sharing product knowledge confidently, offering sizing guidance, styling advice, and personalised recommendations.
  • Supporting store performance through exceptional service and meaningful customer interactions.
  • Replenishing stock quickly and accurately to keep the shop floor looking its best.
  • Processing deliveries and helping maintain an organised and efficient stockroom.
  • Maintaining high standards across the store, including visual presentation, fitting rooms, and product displays.
  • Supporting membership sign-ups by confidently explaining the benefits to customers.
  • Working collaboratively with teammates across both the shop floor and back of house.
  • Assisting with returns, exchanges, and customer queries with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Supporting daily operational tasks and adapting to changing priorities throughout your shift.
  • Championing Gymshark's values and helping create an environment where both customers and teammates can thrive.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience working within a fast-paced retail store environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers and teammates.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment whilst managing multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, positive, and team-focused attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high store standards.
  • Confidence working across both customer-facing and operational tasks.
  • A willingness to learn, take feedback on board, and continuously develop.
  • The ability to work flexibly across weekdays, evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.
  • Valid Right to Work in the Netherlands.
