Junior Researcher (UX)

OVERVIEW:

As a Junior UX Researcher, you’ll help empower decision-making by delivering actionable insights that shape our digital experiences. Your work will ensure our products are optimised, inclusive, and genuinely reflect the needs, behaviours, and motivations of our global community.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Plan and execute a range of UX research methods, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys across detailed customer journey flows
  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement
  • Collaborate with analysts, designers, and product teams to create holistic, insight-led recommendations
  • Synthesise research findings into clear, actionable reports that inform product and design decisions
  • Communicate insights in a compelling way to stakeholders, including product managers, designers, analysts, and digital content leaders

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Experience researching human behaviour, whether academically, professionally, or through personal projects
  • A strong interest in UX Research with a passion for learning, developing, and refining your skills
  • A naturally curious mindset with a desire to question assumptions and dig deeper
  • Strong empathy for users and genuine excitement about solving real problems
  • Excellent collaboration skills and confidence communicating within a team environment

Preferred

  • Foundational knowledge of UX research methods (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor insights for different audiences
  • Experience working cross-functionally with designers, analysts, and product stakeholders
