OVERVIEW:

As a Floor Lead, you’ll set the tone, drive great experiences, and build an atmosphere where both customers and your team feel supported and inspired. You’ll guide the rhythm of the day - from motivating morning huddles to seamless stock flow and standout service - and confidently running key operational moments, sometimes as the sole manager on duty. WORKING HOURS: Full Time across early and late shifts, including some weekend working

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

    • Lead from the shop floor to create a warm, human, best‑in‑class customer experience.
    • Energise the team through clear communication - from morning huddles to real‑time coaching.
    • Model great service, support skill‑building, and help the team stay focused and confident.
    • Drive thoughtful product recommendations, membership conversations, and genuine value‑add moments.
    • Maintain high standards across VM, cleanliness, stock flow, and daily operational routines.
    • Stay calm under pressure, acting as keyholder and stepping in as the on‑duty leader when needed.
        

     ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

    • Delivering a seamless, warm and human customer experience across the sales floor.
    • Resolving customer issues quickly and thoughtfully to protect the overall journey.
    • Communicating the day plan, targets and priorities clearly so the team stays aligned.
    • Keeping energy and focus high through strong on‑floor presence and supportive feedback.
    • Upholding brand standards across VM, cleanliness, product presentation and stock availability.
    • Ensuring fitting rooms and returns flow remain fast, tidy and fully to standard.
    • Maintaining safe, clear walkways and an organised, easy‑to‑shop environment.
    • Completing daily operational routines with accuracy - including cash handling and H&S checks.
    • Acting as keyholder to open/close and following all safety and security procedures correctly.
    • Making fair, timely decisions when acting as the manager on duty, including escalations.
    • Prioritising workload effectively during peak trade or sudden changes.
    • Supporting stock flow, delivery processing, BOH organisation, and rapid replenishment.
    • Ensuring the team understands incentives, membership benefits and value‑add opportunities
    • Modelling great service and driving coaching moments that uplift skills and confidence.
    • Protecting both the customer and the team through calm, consistent problem‑solving.
    • Keeping communication strong between shop floor and operations throughout the day.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Recent experience in a retail leadership or senior sales‑floor role, with confidence guiding a team through busy trade.
  • A natural ability to bring product to life - from styling and outfit building to simple, human recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach that keeps the team aligned and energised.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching others, giving supportive feedback and helping people grow in‑role.
  • A passion for the brand and a genuine interest in helping customers find products that suit their goals and lifestyle.
  • A calm, positive and solutions‑focused mindset when handling challenges or escalations.
  • Confidence using digital tools and retail systems to support operations and decision-making.
  • High standards for presentation, organisation and keeping the shop floor looking its best.
  • Comfort acting as a keyholder and stepping up as the on‑duty leader when required.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, late nights and peak‑trade periods.

SALARY RANGE

This role has a pay range between $21.50 - $24.00. The base pay offered is based on market, experience, and skills.
