WORKING HOURS: Full Time across early and late shifts, including some weekend working

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

    • Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays to demonstrate the range and of collections and activities that our product support. 
    • Assessing current trends and finding innovative strategies of implementation.  
    • New Product Drops in store ensuring we are cohesive with current trends and campaign alignment  
    • To adapt the hanging fixtures and update the physical layout of our display rails. (Managing fixture placement and systems layout to accommodate commercial and campaign updates)  
    • Ensuring the windows and displays are always merchandised with intent, cohesive with the function they support and styled in line with the brand direction.   
    • Identify opportunities for signage to improve the messaging of our product and support the customer journey  

     ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

    • Review daily sales performance of bestselling product, new product and slow sellers to ensure the most commercial displays are maintained and in stock  
    • Participate in daily floor walks, ensuring the store is always reviewed daily, pre weekend and ahead of peak periods so the most commercial product is in key sightlines. 
    • Contribute daily in team huddles, to share new products, floor updates, and incoming new products.  
    • To manage and guide the team through training and feedback to ensure everyone is clear about the visual standards we need to maintain.   
    • Support the planning and execution of all promotional activities.  
    • Knowledgeable of the wider product range available to our customers online, knowing our collections inside and out.  
    • Feed back to leadership on fragmented lines, or bestselling product to support weekly conversations with merchandising.  
    • Review performance of product collections, ensuring the customer journey is supported by clear product presentation and new product is always prominent.  
    • Maintaining store signage, equipment and fixtures.   
    • Work closely with the Operations team, with clear communication about stock movement, new product lines, lines being removed, and promotional preparation.   
    • Ensure the store is always ready to open, with all visual equipment and product moves completed prior to trading hours.    
    • Always ready to support and engage with our customers and assist with their needs   
    • Work collaboratively with leadership, to receive feedback and listen to requirements and share insight on product performance to provide the best customer journey.   
    • Proactively keeping informed about external brand activity, including window displays, key messages and promotional activity. 
    • Ready to support, advise and direct, whether it’s for a class, to find product or just walked in to discover who we are, or get directions! 
    • Complete all required training within the set timeframe to ensure compliance, knowledge and safety is maintained. 
    • Inspire internal and external community with innovative and dynamic styling.  
    • Be a Brand ambassador by demonstrating how our values show up, through the care of our community, our genuine interest in their stories and experience with Gymshark, and always being honest and open in all our interactions. 
    • Key holder responsibilities to ensure that you have access to the store when working out of store hours on the visual displays and store layouts.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Recent experience in a visual merchandising leadership role within a retail store   
  • A natural flair for styling, colours and outfit building  
  • A passion for community, wellness, or fitness  
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills  
  • Experience of mentoring and coaching your team to help them grow personally and professionally, empowering individuals to excel and take ownership of their roles.
  • A passion for Gymshark Product  
  • A positive and solution focused approach  
  • Comfortable working with digital technology  
  • You can commit to working flexibly, including on weekends, bank holidays and overnights  

SALARY RANGE

This role has a pay range between $21-24.00. The base pay offered is based on market, experience, and skills.
